Neoclassic economic theory regards equilibrium, whether general or partial, as a crucially important foundation of the dismal science[1]. In view mainstream economists, equilibrium framework not only an investigation economy in terms its perfect qualities, but also is suitable end goal action. The Austrian school, contrast, sees (or evenly rotating - ERE) merely tendency for activities to move us that direction, it never attained. Praxeological economics has thus concentrated on process by which market moves toward it. Since shifting resources meet these ends cannot be achieved spontaneously, entrepreneurship plays key role. Mises and Rothbard’s view, involves uncertainty bearing beyond alertness emphasized Hayek Kirzner; other hand, unlike Lachmann looks kaleidoscope rejects ERE, Rothbard regard ERE indispensable way understand economy.
